Things are moving and your wetsuits will be with you soon! 😍😍
After all Galapagos are made, it’s time to get all them distributed around the world. We will guide you to understand a little bit more about all processes done after arriving at your door.
STEP 1: From our base of operations in Barcelona, we have the responsibility of taking all the wetsuits from our factory in Asia, to the closest warehouse available to the buyer. We work with partner warehouses in Asia and Europe to be more planet and wallet friendly with shipping. 🌿💰
STEP 2: When all products are sent to our warehouses in Asia, then it’s time to count and organize all products to prepare the fulfillment of each order. Then from these warehouses, shipping labels are prepared and some of the orders will be sent directly to your door, the other ones are sent by boat to Europe to be shipped from our warehouse in Spain. 💥⚡
STEP 3: The final step is to reach your door and would be made by different couriers, trying to get the best option for each order economically and environmentally. At this time the order is picked up and, you backer, will receive your tracking number, finally Galapagos will be delivered to you.
Following up in which step we are, it’s great to know that after finishing with production, we can announce that all of your Galapagos orders have now been fulfilled. This means ALL wetsuits are ready to be shipped! 📦 🐢
During the upcoming days a first batch of aprox 25% of all are going to be sent, so check your email folders to ensure you have received your tracking links. If you have not received yours, be patient, during the following weeks we expect to have 40% of all orders sent. 🇺🇸🇦🇺🇨🇦🇹🇼🇭🇰🇯🇵🇸🇬🇳🇿🇵🇰🇹🇭🇦🇪
For backers from Europe, you will have to wait a little bit more, we are on STEP 2, as we are waiting to get the wetsuits sent by boat to our warehouse in Spain, then we will prepare the shipping labels and send the wetsuits with love for all you. 🛳️ 🇪🇺
