Turtl Project is the trade name of the company TURTL PROJECT, LLC. These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the website www.turtlproject.com (hereinafter, the Website) owned by Turtl Project, as well as the services and products offered by Turtl Project on its website.
Turtl Project provides this website subject to these terms and conditions. By visiting the website or using the website services or applications of the website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

PRICES:
All prices are retail prices and are stated in Euros (€). Prices, unless stated, do not include taxes, duties, import fees charged by your local government, service, payment, or delivery charges depending on the country. We retain the right to adjust the prices at any items that are incorrectly priced without prior notice.
As customs policies vary by country, we cannot anticipate what these charges will be, and therefore Turtl Project will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or custom fees levied once the purchased Turtl Project products reach your country.
PAYMENT:
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal.
Turtl Project encrypts all your card information via Stripe and PayPal Payments using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
This means that no unauthorized persons will be able to view your card number or other information during the transaction. To keep a high level of security for our customers, we may request further correspondence from the purchaser if we suspect a fraudulent order.
STOCK:
All products found on www.turtlproject.com are currently in stock unless the product is marked as ‘Out of Stock’. If you are interested in ordering an ‘Out of Stock’ item please click the button and enter your email and you’ll be automatically informed when the line is back in stock.
We reserve the right to cancel a delivery and/or order if the stock quantity and/or price was incorrect at the moment of placing the order. If we are unable to deliver in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
SIZES
All sizes on any product viewed on www.turtlproject.com are external sizes measured in cm.
FORCE MAJEURE
We have the right to assert force majeure in the event of strike, lockout, blockade, war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, blockade, natural disaster, or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.
RIGHT TO COMPLAINT
Turtl project provides a two year right to complaint according to the Sale of Goods Act covering defect manufacture and materials registered during normal use of the item. The right to complaint does not cover defects, damages, or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from wrongful use, bad maintenance, violence, or unauthorized operations.
CLAIMS & RETURN OF GOODS
Complaints regarding defects or faults discovered during normal examination of the item must be communicated to Turtl Project within a 30 day period. Subsequently, items may be returned for one of the following: repair, exchange, or if agreed upon, reimbursement.
