2 Year Warranty

Turtl Project Wetsuits warranty only applies to wetsuits purchased from an authorized retailer. Our warranty is not valid on wetsuits bought second hand or bought from non-authorized retailers.

Our wetsuits have a two-year guarantee as of the purchase date, for defects in the neoprene, materials and manufacturing, upon presentation of the receipt.

The guarantee excludes:

  • Wetsuits bought second hand
  • Use of washing or drying machine
  • Use in excess of chlorine
  • Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or intense heat
  • Repairs or changes made by an unofficial repairer
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and aging
  • Damage caused by misuse, lack of care, inadequate storage (e.g. wet or folded)
  • Rips caused by excessive force, contact with fingernails or sharp surfaces when putting the suit on or taking it off
  • Improper fitting due to purchasing the wrong size
  • Wetsuits used in by professionals including rentals, schools and instructors

All items have a 2-year guarantee against defects as of the date of purchase/order delivery.

Only claims with proof of purchase will be accepted. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, failure to follow maintenance instructions, negligence, normal wear and tear or due to prolonged use and natural discoloration. It shall not be valid if the product has been subject to any modification or has been used for a purpose other than that for which it is intended. The warranty applies only to products sold by partners and online stores.

Shipping Policy


1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be provided at checkout.

Shipping standard delivery estimates are the following depending on the region where is going to be shipped.

  • Spain: up to 3 days
  • Europe: 3-5 days
  • Rest of the World: 7-10 days

3. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses found at the checkout page.

Please note that we do not ship to regions not found in the shipping options.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Customs and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance processes.


Returns and Refunds Policy

We are very keen to make you a happy Turtl customer and if you have any questions or thoughts about our products, you are always welcome to contact us and we will do our best to help you. In case you are unhappy with your products, you are of course welcome to return or exchange them. Below you can find all information needed for making a return.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Our clothes can be returned or exchanged but must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Clothes must also be returned in its original packaging. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. We reserve the right to deny any return.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@turtlproject.com to request a return authorization.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Refunds are credited to the original form of payment minus the cost of shipping. 

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact support@turtlproject.com to arrange an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including discounted items or final sales and stickers.
