We are very keen to make you a happy Turtl customer and if you have any questions or thoughts about our products, you are always welcome to contact us and we will do our best to help you. In case you are unhappy with your products, you are of course welcome to return or exchange them. Below you can find all information needed for making a return.
Make a return or exchange:
If you wish to return your product we kindly ask you to contact us directly at email@example.com and we will help you from there. If you wish to exchange your product, please let us know the new size, colour and style you would like. Before making the return or exchange, please read our return policy below.
Our clothes can be returned or exchanged but must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Clothes must also be returned in its original packaging. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment minus the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to deny any return.
Our general return period is 7 days, counted from the day you receive your package.
*Discounted items, stickers and tote bags are final sale and ineligible for return.
Turtl shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a product.
